Sandra Salas Horne is passionate about pursuing God. Therefore, she is also passionate about making disciples, which to her means living at Peace with God, living in God’s Peace, and passing on God’s Peace. To that end, she has lead many women’s Bible studies over the last 15 years and has extensive church leadership experience. Her favorite discipleship tool is one-on-one conversation and relationship with the women God’s placed in her community. Sandra’s learned that the most effective tool is listening with her mouth closed, while praying for and allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to the hearts of women. She is the first to admit that she uses her own voice a bit too often, probably because she has practiced law for over ten years, including six as an assistant attorney general for the State of Texas. Sandra received her bachelor’s degree from Rice University and her law degree from Southern Methodist University.
